Job Information

Our client is looking to recruit an Inventory Clerk for their busy and expanding  Estate Agents in the City.

2-3 years of residential property essential.  The experienced Inventory clerk  would be responsible for the smooth running of the check in and check out process, attention to detail is essential so that the reports are accurate and to prevent any disputes. The paperwork and appointments carried out by our in house Inventory & Check in consultant on a regular basis are: Inventory Check In and Check Out, Property Review, End of Tenancy Property Review.

Job Objective

The objective of this role is to produce detailed reports, to engage with Tenants on appointments and to represent the company. The Inventory and Check in consultant plays a key role in negotiations with tenants at check in or check out, and fairness but firmness is vital whilst protecting both the Landlord and the companies reputation.
